Mordecai Historic Park wedding | NC Wedding & Events Planner

I have been itching to share this wedding from this past May! Thank you to Emily March Photography for capturing these images and sharing them with us (she is fab). We started with a beautiful garden ceremony at Mordecai Historic Park. Leslie and her bridal party looked amazing and we were so honored to have been asked to make the wedding bouquets for their nuptials. Leslie wanted something simple so we did a romantic bouquet of hydrangea and white garden roses. The white was a classic gorgeous contrast to the navy blue bridesmaid’s dresses. As I reflect on Leslie and Josh’s wedding ceremony the one thing that sticks out to me the most was the fact that Leslie was a bride who genuinely wanted to marry the love of her life. Now let me point out that this wedding was an absolute blast from beginning to end! In fact, no one wanted it to end! From their trolley ride to their wedding reception, the breakfast they had for dinner (Leslie’s breakfast gave Mama a run for her money by the way), or the lively and hilarious dance party that ended the night, this wedding was truly a celebration of Josh and Leslie’s union. We wish Leslie and Josh a lifetime of happiness and thank you giving us the honor of coordinating your wedding day! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Breakfast!
